Comsume My Medicine with Milk????

I'm usually getting sick, most in the unpredictable weather... I have some allergy and some diseases....

I' a type who very hard to consume any kind of medical drugs event medical treatment...
I always take too much time to consume my medicine, especially for tablet, I have to make it like a powder before then drink it with sweet tea and candies...

I really love to drink milk... but is it allowed if I consume My Medicine with Milk???? wahh, too much doubt for the long time...

But when I read an article posted by my friend in http://www.palangka-raya.net/viewtopic.php?f=106&t=1134, which wrote by Silvia Iskandar, finally I knew if I may drink my medicine with milk.

Maybe we know that if we consume some medicine its not allowed to drink by milk. it's because the calcium in milk can bind with essences or substances in milk then block the absirption by our body side (flank). For example is tetracycline, an essence that usual be inside an antibiotic for influenza.

But I red that are some medicines which better to drink with milk.For example NSAID or Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug, that are popularly called Aspirin and Ibuprofen.

Medicines which are grouped in NSAID is having a characteristic as lypophylic,which is easy to dissolved in fat. It is suggested to drink in 30 minutes after eating.

The other reason is because NSAID caused iritation for our body side (flank). NSAID is a medicine which can decrease event or painkiller which works by make prostaglandin.

Prostaglandin is an essence which always be in our body cell and works as an essece which make iritation and pain, but it also works to make the "mukosa" membrand of our body side.

in Japan, it is a general knowledge if we can drink our maag medicine in the same time with consume our headache medicine. But it is not right because the medicine for headache is not usually grouped in NSAID and our maag medicine is not always include in NSAID.

Then how about tea of coffee contains with vitamin C, caffein and tannin which may have some reaction with our medicine.

But it is different by the mineral water our natural water which doesn't contains with any essence that can reacted to our medicine.

So, how to consume medicine well?? Drink with drinks or just utterly defeat?? Medicines which consumed without any water may patches in our body side and make some iritation.
The fact is, it is better to consume our medicine with natural water or mineral water.

We may drink tea or coffee minimal 1 hour after we consumed our medicine.
