Make a Shortcut for Hibernate on Your Windows

Jeadist got some nice email from my friend, which give a trick to make a shortcut for Hibernate in Windows. It’s an interesting fitur in WIndows, where we activated this, so we don’t have to starts booting proces from the begining when we are trying to start/open our Windows computer. With this fitur, we will be in our last openend position before.

Now, how to activated Hibernate???

We can start with the Turn Off Computer menu and push Shift tumbnails and click the Hibernate menu.

But, for advancing the hibernate proces, we can make a shortcut. The following steps are:

1. Right Click on Desktop
2. Chose NEW - SHORTCUT menu
3. In the part of TYPE OF LOCATION OF THE ITEM fill with these following:%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe PowrProf.dll, SetSuspendState
4. then click NEXT thumbnails
5. Give the name for the new shortcut for example “Hibernate” or “My Hibernate”
6. For the last, click the FINISH thumbnails
